Estimates provided verbally are not binding. Only written, signed proposals constitute a binding commitment on pricing and scope.
Scheduling of services is subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates. Once a project start date is confirmed, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
If you cancel a scheduled project after materials have been ordered or crews have been dispatched, you may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with that cancellation, as outlined in your written service agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a rescheduling is necessary on our end.
Payment terms for each project will be set forth in the written service agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is typically due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment by the methods specified in your service agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late payment fee as specified in the service agreement.
